She use to fit in a sock . . . what happened?? I mean really – only like 8 months ago this was her at her newborn session.
And, this is her one week ago at her family session. If this were my baby . . . I’d live with my lips permanently attached to her cheeks. She actually rivals my own 10 month old baby for delicious cheeks. It’s a close race. Both just plain edible.
I’ll have to show you her family pictures in January . . . because I’m not going to spoil their Christmas cards! I think mom isn’t expecting much because her two boys were ready to chase bugs, throw out their turtle traps & slide down their fireman’s pole (yea, did I mention sweet house??) about 5 minutes into our session. Paige, I think you’ll be surprised! They threw me charming little smiles just often enough to get the perfect pictures of your family.
I have several families that I’ll try to come back & share in January. I’ll have to start working on a Christmas card slideshow! . . . watch for it. I’ve had the coolest cards showing up on my doorstep this week & more coming. I love the fed-ex man right now. It’s like Christmas every day! I feel like I should bake him a lasagna or something. I wonder if he wonders what on earth comes to my house every day? I would. My husband scoffs daily. He doesn’t understand why I can’t sit down & eat dinner without opening the box on the porch first. I don’t know what’s so hard to understand. Of course, I was the kid that unwrapped my Christmas presents & wrapped them back before Christmas day because I just couldn’t wait.
And here’s where it pays to read the blog!!! If you’ve purchased a collection this year & you want me to make you Holiday cards from any of those pictures, email me before Thanksgiving & I’ll make them at cost for you! Yes, I’ll combine multiple sessions. I’m having so much fun designing cards this year & custom cards are so worth it. They aren’t like anything any of your friends or neighbors will have! I have to know by Thanksgiving though.
